Mark as complete should not auto send report {this should only let client know that the report is ready when payment is made and agreement is marked as signed - even if agreement and payment is collected outside of PTC program)

Remove mandatory time duration from "services and fees" (some extra services although charged separately are included already with home inspection time frame) and start and stop time should already be on a report

Can you add a field to collect the clients mailing address. The address is required in case a home inspector needs to place a lien on the property or to file a civil law suit

Instead of having to use the payment option provided through palm tech currently, it would be nice to have multiple companies that are available to choose from that are currently available example SQUARE

I want to send a payment request manually instead of the system sending the payment request while booking the inspection.

Would like my pictures bigger on the final report. When going over the reports with my clients we can barely see the picture.

Can you add a line to request the clients date of birth. If a client doesn't pay. The date of birth can be used for debt collection

Would like the ability the select where my arrows or circle colors automatically match my definition colors
