I would like to have the ability to do reinspections so my clients can compare the differences between reports

Thomas mentioned that the V9 format, layout, and customization in the report was better then PTC, since on PTC he only has the option for the color rating and adding the logo. Would like to see more options and something more familiar to the V9 layout.

I want the agreement to include IP address + Client signature just in case I get sued I have this agreement to guarantee I am covered.

I would like to edit my clients information without having to schedule an inspection.

He said that he would also like to have a way to add a rating to the category without having to select a comment. (like marking a category as inspected or not inspected) did educate him on not filling out the line or category that it will not show on the report and also adding default ratings to the template.

I would like to be able to add multiple comments at once instead of having to add one by one

The client mentioned that the logo is too small, and they would like to have more customization options to better differentiate their reports.

It would be very helpful if Palmtech Complete had a template for termnites/ WDO.

When I take pictures using the Palmtech Complete app I cannot zoom out. So when I take the cover photo I have to go to the house in front to take the full picture of the house to get a good cover photo.
