I would be super helpful that when a comment is selected, such as Water Heater Straps are missing, that the Title, Comment and Normal Photo showing the correct installation of water straps all get populated without additional input.

I would like to have different styles of lines to add to my categories. The old PalmTech used to have options for bullet styles, check boxes, text boxes etc. Is this something that could be added? This would be nice for documenting model/serial numbers on units or identifying ages.

when duplicating lines/categories have the option to not duplicate introductory text, media, or other prefilled descriptions or comments as there's no need to repeat this every time.

It would be great to have the AI comment writer available in the template and not just in the report writer.

If you decide to change the wording of a comment in the text box it is automatically changing the name of the comment as well. which creates more typing work fixing the name of the comment. If its going to work like this, I don't see the point of naming it to start with
