Buyer Unable to Submit the Inspection Agreement after e sign.

I am currently experiencing an issue while using the Palm-Tech system and would appreciate your assistance.
After scheduling an inspection, the client successfully signed the inspection agreement and completed the payment. Subsequently, the client requested to add a sewer scoping inspection. However, after adding this service, the system is not allowing me to attach or send the sewer scoping agreement. Additionally, the inspection agreement is now unable to be submitted.
On our end, we are unable to add and see the sewer scoping agreement, which is preventing us from proceeding properly.
