Feature Requests

I have been experiencing a serious issue with Palmtech Complete during property inspections. While I am conducting an inspection on site, some of the subjects and comments that I enter or edit will sometimes disappear. For example, I may select a subject, edit or correct the comment, and then upload photos to that comment. After doing so, the complete subject and comment may suddenly disappear. And the comments in the template also disappeared!!!

Ensure the system assigns a clear, sequential number or hierarchical label to every defect/comment within a section. Currently, when multiple comments are added, they are not numbered or organized in a way that makes them easy to reference. Additionally, consider adding the ability to prioritize or rank comments so that higher-priority items appear above lower-priority ones within each line.

Increase the size of the comment selection checkbox in the mobile app. The current checkbox is too small and requires very precise thumb placement on touch devices. A larger touch target would improve usability and make it easier to select or deselect comments during an inspection.

Option for client and/or agent, inspector to be able to print PDF report without media being printed.

I would be super helpful that when a comment is selected, such as Water Heater Straps are missing, that the Title, Comment and Normal Photo showing the correct installation of water straps all get populated without additional input.

Clients need to received inspection notices 24 hours in advance

Instead of having to use the payment option provided through palm tech currently, it would be nice to have multiple companies that are available to choose from that are currently available example SQUARE

It would be helpful to have the Record Payment option available on the Portal too, not only on the app.

I would like to get a notification if an email does not go through. Either I wrote the email down wrong, or I fat fingered it when entering it into the scheduler. Currently, I do not know if the email was delivered successfully or not. Thanks.

User requests to have his name removed from the notification emails from PT and have all the notification emails come from the Company name instead.
