Not every house is the same, therefore not every inspection is priced the same. There MUST be a way to price inspections based on specifics. Modifiers that add additional fees & hours to services when the properties match certain criteria like square footage, age, distance, foundations, etc. Your competitor uses this feature and it adds a enormous amount of value and saves time. I currently have to edit my prices and leave original line items as a zero dollar service.

Can we add the feature that allows us to customize out report cover page and the information included on each page as it did in v9. I could appreciate having my personal touches on my reports such colors that matches my company colors and being able to add my cpi # to the page.

It would be wonderful if I could add longer videos to my report when submitting my sewer scope reports. I currently have to add multiple clips after converting from avi to mp4 and do several 15 second clips for my clients to get a full video

It would be great to have the AI comment writer available in the template and not just in the report writer.

I would like to be able to customize the Summary Page. I would like the Summary Page to be like the Inspection Overview in the app. All the Defects together, all the Needs Repair to be together. This is an awesome list, and how I'd like my summary page be set up for the client/realtor. Thank you

Mark as complete should not auto send report {this should only let client know that the report is ready when payment is made and agreement is marked as signed - even if agreement and payment is collected outside of PTC program)
