Back in the day all I had to do is save a name and I'm off to the races. Now I have to be an administrative assistant just to START the inspection. I need address, postal code, agent name x2 clients name and email. Most of the time I have an address and no other information until I'm on site. All this clerical stuff can be done off site or at home. Folks we've gone backwards here

I would like to have the payments option habilitated in Palmtech Complete even though I do not have Guardian set up

When looking at a published report on the mobile app it only allows you to see one attachment. If my client has 2 or more attachments they have to use a computer to see them all.

It would be great if there were more filters and breakdowns when looking at the financial section in the portal. I’d like to be able to see how much has been billed for one type of inspection fee vs another (ex. 0000-1500 sq ft Inspection, 1501-2000 sq ft., Termite Inspection, Sewer Scope). I don’t personally use guardian, but would be nice if I could see this in the portal.

Right now using the app, you have to go to the comments section then scroll through clicking on each comment then clicking on one picture, editing it, backing out of the picture, then repeating. It would be nice if you could go to the media section, click on the first picture, edit it, click a next arrow and edit the next. It would streamline the editing process immensely. Palmtech V9 had this feature.

It would be nice if you could have an option of sending a short message when publishing and sending the report to the client. Enough to give instruction on viewing the report and where to find attachments and the summary.

While we almost always have an email address for a buyer to send them their report, we almost never have a phone number because it is often the buyer's agent that contacts us to set up the inspection.
