I would like to request an improvement to PalmTech's Online Scheduler that allows inspectors to block specific dates, multiple days, or entire weeks from customer bookings.
Currently, adding unavailable dates or events to the PalmTech calendar does not prevent customers from selecting those dates through the online booking system.
As a business owner, I need the ability to block dates for personal appointments, vacations, court appearances, and other scheduling conflicts while keeping online booking available for customers.
Ideally, this feature would allow inspectors to:
  • Mark individual dates or date ranges as unavailable.
  • Automatically remove blocked dates from the customer's online booking calendar.
  • Prevent scheduling conflicts without disabling online booking.
  • Manage blackout dates directly through the PalmTech calendar.
This would significantly improve scheduling efficiency, reduce customer frustration, and provide a more professional booking experience.
