Since the new update, our office can no longer place information within the reports prior to scheduling. Most reports, inspections are "scheduled" which is fine. But when we add the information, required by state (ie permit, ASCE, etc) that report then shows, "in progress". Here is the problem... we work for a group of roofers, when they are done they give up the address so we can schedule several in one day, creating a route based on location, at the customer's convenience, as they have to be home. With this new system of having everything "scheduled" to work on, everything is now showing "in progress" so there is no difference between those scheduled and those needing to be scheduled. The reports are then going to fall through the cracks and get missed, which causes an urgency on the customer's part, as they got a new roof for a reason, especially Insurance.
