I would like to request the ability to create and manage promotional discount codes that customers can enter directly when booking a home inspection through PalmTech's Online Scheduler.
For example, I would like to offer a WELCOME50 promotional code that gives new customers $50 off their first home inspection.
Ideally, this feature would include:
  • Custom promotional codes with fixed-dollar or percentage discounts.
  • A promo code entry field during online booking.
  • Automatic application of the discount to the inspection total and invoice.
  • Optional expiration dates and usage limits.
  • The ability to restrict promotions to first-time customers or specific inspection services.
  • Tracking to see which promotional codes customers are using.
Promotional codes are an important marketing tool for independent home inspectors. This feature would help businesses attract new customers, measure marketing effectiveness, and provide a more professional online booking experience.
