Feature Requests

I would like to have the ability to do reinspections so my clients can compare the differences between reports

I would like to be able to add multiple comments at once instead of having to add one by one

It would be very helpful if Palmtech Complete had a template for termnites/ WDO.

It would be nice to have a multifamily template. It takes a lot of time to create one on my own.

It will be nice to have this feature as optional

When zooming out while taking a picture, and if the light is low in the room.. even with the flash and my flashlight, the pictures are grainy. If I switch to the phone's camera, they are not grainy. I don't want to have to do this, because we cannot add multiple pictures from the library into the report... yet... (that's coming soon, right?) Can the quality of the photos be improved? Can zooming in and out with one finger be added? Rather than the 2 finger pinch to zoom in and out.. Sometimes we are hanging off of a ladder, or bending around things, we don't always have the ability to reach over with the second hand to zoom in or out... all the phone have this ability, can the software just use the features that are already available with the phone? Also, the Cover photo picture is never centered. What shows in the camera is not what shows up in the report. Seems to add a lot of space to the right.

I need to be able to add these to the agreement and there is no place holder for them: I need to add if there is a crawlspace or not, the time the client will arrive to the inspection, if the house was occupied, how I have access to the home, and one for referral(the person who he sends a thank you letter too)

Leaving cost estimates in the newer version greatly serves both agent and buyer when negotiating a fair level of understanding. It is highly appreciated by agents. By not having cost estimates, you miss out on marketing to inspectors that do provide cost estimates in their home inspection reports and are in need of such software. 4) There are inspectors provide feasibility studies which is a home inspection coupled with renovation cost estimates.
