One of the great things about Palmtech Complete is it allows you to save default ratings to your comments so when you select a specific comment it will also add the assigned rating for you. This saves a ton of time when writing the inspection report.

The number of steps are too many when on site and then way too many when back at my office adding information. It takes longer to add my comments on the photos at my office than it did to do the inspection - my inspection being 4 hours with 5 hours in the office piddling around with all these unnecessary steps. BRING BACK THE OLD PALMTECH - IT NEVER FAILED ME.

Yes, it could be much simpler, its all about time management, we shouldnt have to make 5 clicks to get to the pics.
