While we almost always have an email address for a buyer to send them their report, we almost never have a phone number because it is often the buyer's agent that contacts us to set up the inspection.

Add a reminder notification option to send a reminder to clients and agents 24 hours before the inspection

I do not always have the client information when I am booking an appointment. I would like the option to skip adding the client until that information is provided.

We would like to be able to send a "How did we do?" email where we can put a link to get reviews and feedback.

Mark payment as paid in pc version

Make an easy way to send clients a receipt when an inspection is marked paid whether paid through the system, cash, check, Venmo, etc...

It would be helpful to have the Record Payment option available on the Portal too, not only on the app.

What I mean is, instead of clicking on "Inspections," opening one, then having to back out to go back to "Inspections" to open another one, be able to click a next and previous button to be taken to the next in the sequence (I imagine by date).
