Feature Requests

I do not always have the client information when I am booking an appointment. I would like the option to skip adding the client until that information is provided.

Need to be able to remove or edit the image that appears in the Notification email.

Make an easy way to send clients a receipt when an inspection is marked paid whether paid through the system, cash, check, Venmo, etc...

While we almost always have an email address for a buyer to send them their report, we almost never have a phone number because it is often the buyer's agent that contacts us to set up the inspection.

In the services section, some default costs are listed with cents ($200.00), and some are not ($200). Please list all with cents.

It would be helpful to have the Record Payment option available on the Portal too, not only on the app.

Since work is not the only thing in my life that needs scheduling, I would like to have Palmtech link to my google calendar, which is where everything else is scheduled. That way I won't have to manually put events in multiple locations and I will know when not to schedule if I have a doctor's appointment or anything else.

Add a reminder notification option to send a reminder to clients and agents 24 hours before the inspection

Customer would like to have an option that will allow him to see his own inspections and the other inspections from his team but separate. Right now they show all together and it takes up time looking for his inspections.

We would like to be able to send a "How did we do?" email where we can put a link to get reviews and feedback.
