Would save TONS of time if when I add a brand name, I.E. for an appliance, faucet, HVAC, etc it automatically saved it in my list. As opposed to having to add it every time or remembering to go back late and add it to the template

Tim Diviney - We launched a couple new features recently that should help with this.
1.) The Global list feature allows you to create a drop down that can we re-used across comments.
2.) The comment library allows you to create the comments once and use them everywhere.
