He is not able to use both thumbs to scroll thru the report because of the layout. In version 8 I was able to scroll thru the report and with the left thumb I could select the ratings and with the right thumb the descriptions. With PTC I have to hold it with one hand and select the desctiption which is almost to the center of the screen.
