I've had several realtors ask me if we can turn the comment and amount box off if the comment/amount is left blank. They want to just give the list and say that the "Request details" label is confusing when they share it because if there are no comments, sellers and their agents view it as a direction to request details from them. Perhaps at least changing the label to just "Details," or adding a colon ( : ) after it, or a line under it, would help.
