Thomas mentioned that the V9 format, layout, and customization in the report was better then PTC, since on PTC he only has the option for the color rating and adding the logo. Would like to see more options and something more familiar to the V9 layout.

PTC is not compatible with my custom tmx. files from V7, V8 and V9. It becomes totally unrecognizable. Dropped the ball here. I have never had an issue bringing in my report tmx files from past versions what happened with PTC? Not cool this could potentially close many inspection companies and cause a massive loss of business for palmtech. I originally bought palm tech believing that i would not have to pay for inspection software again and then it shuts down the version that worked perfectly....unreal

100% agree the new software is horrible and not user friendly and would prefer V9 over the new software, I have had the new software since it came out and still have not utilized its services due to it adds more time to the inspection fooling around with all the extra locations for all descriptions and items for the report I like V9
