i do not care at all for palm tech complete and spent several hrs Tring to use and then was told i could use Palm tech 9 that work close to 8 and my problems were solved and report much faster again ,complete took much longer and did not look the same , my project managers i work with for 4 yrs said could not understand new report and asked me to send in old format .the only thing better in complete is the 4 pt that actually has a place to sign and is in the citizens format so they will accept it .I hope you don't force us to use complete by not supporting 9 . i have no problem paying for 9 if that is your goal , i have been using for 5 years and have templetes set and work quick for me and when they tried to transfer to complete it was not even close .
