Have the option to remove 'Location' and 'Information' from the report.

The 'Location' and 'Information' sections for each line of the report are not being used but they still show up on the report.

This can be removed in the template now. You just need to hide the location and information fields in the template one time, and then you will no longer see them when writing your report.
