I am wondering about an option to send the report to the buyers agent but only after the client has signed off on it. I have a separate contract releasing the report to an agent but some clients choose to not sign that. I do not have the auto send to the agent enabled and have to do it by sharing the report if the client signs the release. However, The sharing the report function does not always work (Basically it doesnt work) so I end up having to download a PDF and attach to an email. I guess I am looking for a little more automation and functionality between agreements, and the clients/agents.
