Allow duplicate email addresses for Client and Agent in Palmtech Complete scheduling

A Palmtech Complete customer asked that I submit a feature request to allow the same email address to be used for both the Client and Agent fields when scheduling an inspection.
Currently, Palmtech Complete does not allow duplicate emails across these roles. In some cases the agent is also the client, or both parties prefer to use the same email.
The current workaround is modifying the email (for example adding +1) so the system accepts it.

I will like to use the same email multiple times instead of the system only allowing me to use the email once.
