If I have a client that does not have an email, How do I by-pass that section when creating an inspection?I work with several Realtors that have older clients that do not use email. So I need a solution to creating the client folder that does not require an email address.

Sorry for the late response I am investigating for a workaround on this matter, since clients do need to sign an agreement via E-Mail and it is the main communication with the client therefore a client E-Mail is requiered.

Sorry for the late response, it is not possible to by-pass the E-Mail but it is possible to create a mock E-Mail in case the client does not have an E-Mail, just have in mind that the client will not receive the inspection nor payment E-Mail, in case you want to register a an E-Mail after the inspection is created this can be edited in the customer information at a later time.

Usually the Realtor prints off the inspection and has them sign, I tried to use a Realtor's email for the client and it says that email is used already

the program will not let me go forward even with the Realtors email. Can that be fixed?

The other available option in order to go forward is to create a mock E-Mail so that the inspection can be scheduled, otherwise it wont let you create it.

I understand. I wanted to check if the Realtor's E-Mail was duplicated, but if it does give you that error message then it was already used in another client, in that case there is no way to use the same E-Mail address. The way to move forward is to create a fake E-Mail just considering that communication could be affected.
