Change the triggers/timelines of triggers for template/automated emails.

For example, I don't want to send a "Request to Sign Inspection Agreement" and have a "Reminder to Sign Inspection Agreement" immediately go out. I'd rather send out the request and then have a reminder triggered if it still isn't signed 24 hours before the inspection.
