Yes the ability to change the status of payment manually would be great.

I have a client who is corporate and does not pay until after the report is published. I published is report and he paid by Venmo, but it doesnot record the payment. Once you release the report, the fee is waived and the accounting registers it as unpaid. I would like to be able to go back after the report is release to edit payment info. People have also told me they are going to pay by card and wind up paying by cash. It would be nice to be able to make changes and keep the records accurate.
