Comments should be identified by the numerical categorizing method present and expanded so comment tracking is easier to follow. This helps the efficiency for creating legal repair addendums. For example: 10, Grounds, 10.1, Decking, 10.1.1, missing joist hanger, 10.1.2, hand railing missing, 10.1.3, rotted decking
And so on.
