I operate in rural areas with often older clients who are not technically up to date and many don't have email addresses or even computers. I have tried to use my email address, but the system will not allow the same email address to be used twice.

Thank you so much for this feedback. I have some clarifying questions.
- If your customer does not have an email, how would you giving them access to their interactive report?
- Have you thought about just using your email address for those customers that do not have one?
